Step 3: Home Design

With our exceptional in-house architectural design team, we create three conceptual 3D models tailored to your desired functions, design, and cost parameters. Step 4: Specifications Development

During this step, the Project Estimator catalogs all project components, including plumbing fixtures, cabinets, appliances, finish carpentry, and paint colors, relating them to the estimated project cost.
