Modern Renovation

A major new highlight on this main level is the 18′ vaulted ceilings added in the great room. The homeowners wanted to add natural light into their home so we decided to add floor-to-ceiling windows in the great room. The existing wall between the great room and kitchen was demoed creating an open feel and allowing the natural light to flood both spaces. To tie the spaces together even more we had a three-sided quartz fireplace as a focal point! The floors throughout a majority of the main level were replaced with polished tiles giving the house a sleek but clean feel and look. The kitchen features all-new cabinetry, appliances, backsplash, and access to a large walk-in pantry. The formal dining room now features a custom faux-finished tray ceiling. The stairs down to the lower level were redone in all tile with a new modern metal and wood railing. The downstairs flooring was replaced and an indoor-outdoor kitchenette was added to enhance their outdoor gathering space. A covered concrete deck was added with a custom wood-burning fireplace and Phantom Screens and features a large radius bar and grilling space underneath.
