Ranch-style homes require at least 2,000 sq ft on the main level. Two-story or story and a half homes require 2,400 sq ft above grade. Multi-level homes require 1,600 sq ft on the main level.
Homebuyers are welcome to work with an approved builder of their choice. The developer must approve the builder selection and architectural design plans.
